Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your results; if you are not completely satisfied with your HydroPeptide purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
